Why would you bury a nice car for 50 years?

I can understand the thought; bury it for 50 years, and pull it out looking brand new

What is retarded however is burying it in what is essentially a solid cement sarcophagus, which would surely crack and collect moisture and water seeping through the earth, turning the sarcophagus into a pool

If they wanted it pristine they could've just put it in a heated barn, with a tarp over it, engine bay sealed to prevent mice and birds getting it, and the car itself on jackstands

The body seems fine. Looks like surface rust at the very worst.
