So California is the best place in the U.S. People on 4chan will always bitch and moan about Mexican's and other minorities as well as taxes but the truth is California is the absolute best place to be an auto enthusiast especially if you have the money. No other place in United States comes close to California.

Some state in New England might be a close second but even then half of the year is cold, snowy and salty.
