Here in freedom of North America you can drive pretty much anything with wheels and lights most places. Whether it's a 2500hp pro mod car, a NASCAR or a F1 car it's basically all good to go. That doesn't mean you won't get pulled over every minute though.

Well most of them are held by the manufacturers anyway. Aside from the Zonda R (which you need your own private track for anyway.)/ R Evo, and the Sesto Elemento most of the Track only supercars are made for testing purposes.
