In France you can find Mustangs from 10k€ to 50k€ with exeptional models (GT500/special editions) go for more than 150k€.
Best way to find is to look for magazines that lists that kind of cars (Nitro, Mustang & Shelby Magazine, etc.) and look in them. You can take a look at leboncoin et lacentrale to find old cars and try to contact the seller if he has other cars in stock.
I paid mine 33k because there wasn't much to do on it (change the carb, rebuild the wiper motor), a "bad" example (67' coupe with an auto) should be around 12/15k but I have seen only one like that.
