I just saw this 01 Chevrolet prizm for $1500

It has about 118k miles on it and it's smog tested already.

I don't know anything about this car, can anyone give insight on of it's a good deal or not? I'm not much of a car buying expert, but I just moved to town, need a car, and the price is really great....possibly too great.
