Which is better Trueno or Levin?

The front headlight style is not important because they effectively are the same. What does matter is whether one is a hatch or 2 door coupe.
Pop up lights are cooler
The 2 door coupe body is more rigid and better for racing

Levin coupe
>slight weight advantage from headlights
>better coefficient of drag (slightly) than Trueno with lights deployed
>more rigid than hatchback

But popups are cooler, and the hatchback has a better profile so I'd still want that.
