If you go to a decent body shop they will probably be able to fix the door but you will need a new fender. Expect around 2k for a new painted fender.

On the otherhand, there are plenty of wrecked infinity G series from fuckbois like you. Check your local junkyard and see if you can buy some replacements off hulks
