I am a 20 year old from ex-Yugoslavia and I am currently looking to buy a new car. I saved perhaps some 500e + my parents will add some money so it will be around 1000e for the car.
So I was thinking, what if I buy an old "retro" car, and use the rest of the money restauring and fixing the thing. It doesn't have to be a wreckage, but I want a car I could tingle around with + old cars look sexy and are not "hipster" or taboo in my country
So I am looking for
>simple
>cheap
>sexy
>doesn't spend too much on open road
I was thinking Fiat600, Opel Kadett C, Renault 4, what are your suggestions. I can find all of these in decent states for 500 and in perfect state for around 1000e

Can't find a cheap and functional one, it's too old and the only good ones classify as "oldtimers"
The cheapest, working, one I could find was 1500e, while the great condition BMW 316 above is only 1000e
