Why are performance hybrids pretty much only a thing in the supercar/hypercar world?
Why can't I get a fast hybrid for less than 100k?
I get that they're expensive, but still, there should be a market for attainable sport hybrids.

I'd say it's because the hybrid technology isn't really worth it (in terms of cost or engineering effort) at lower levels of performance. It's more cost-effective to get a certain level of performance out of a regular sports car versus a hybrid one (with the exception of supercar territory).

>fast hybrid for less than 100k
Because the the entire hybrid system, and the cost of integrating it into the car, and the cost of calibrating it for performance driving, probably costs more than $100k.
