I have a 1999 Toyota 4Runner sr5 I recently purchased. The brakes don't work at all like no matter how much I pump them. I changed the rotors and pads, that did nothing. I went to bleed them and started from the back and my wife did the pump thing and they squirted fluid like they should and went to the front and barely anything would come out, I did this about 10 times and nothing still very little came out. I have the 4wd abs and I cracked the line on that and it had fluid coming out and from the t valve and the flex line it would come out so I feel like I have a caliper issue or master cylinder issue. I just need some help on figuring it out. Picture unrelated.

Is the brake booster actually connected to brake lines? If so, I think it'd be best to just get a new brake booster, sounds like that one is shot to hell.
Also, as a side note: have you checked for vacuum leaks?
Good luck, my man, with a 99 4Runner you will need a whole lot of it.
