When a women calls in to inquire about a vehicle he will personally take them for a test drive, he comes off as being friendly. Then when he gets his chance he will rape you, then threaten you into coming to his location in Milford the next day to purchase the vehicle they were raped in. He will pick her up and bring her to his property in Milford. Then take the girl in his garage an not only rape, but torture an mark these girls for life using razor blades on there genitals as another man watches an pleasures himself. He's had multiple trials but has never been convicted. I know of multiple women who were raped by him here in Halifax. He was wanted in Boston for raping two fifteen year old girls, years ago. The list goes on, most recent he was responsible for the death of Peter Kempton at Smart Stop Auto in Dartmouth in 2013. A year after another rape victim. He's been getting away with this since 1989.
