its an obscure rare car that probably didn't last the test of time. Usually owned by dudes between 40-55 who wear button up shirts tucked into jeans or khakis or really anything in ll bean or lands end catalogs . They Know every little piece of these things. Most two stroke guys are pretty chill though. Forget about the guys who restore these obscure things...two strokes are literally crack to people like this

The sonett II and III are such bundles of unrealized potential, and wasted opportunity for Saab to have a decent branded sporting two-seater during the '80s and '90s.

I was a huge fan of '80s prime Saab, and loved my 900 turbo. A unique-looking Sonett about the size of a 280zx, with a 900 turbo engine and a metal body could have been a timeless classic.
