I noticed a leak in the fuel line a couple of days ago, and I was wondering about fixing it. Is it easy to just do myself? I have little car knowledge. If not, about how much would it be to get it replaced at an auto shop?
Pic related, my dad taped over the leaky part yesterday, but that didn't do much

that's more likely your PCV hose sucking oil and spitting it out.
fuel lines aren't connected to your intake, especially not right next to the MAP/MAF

That's not a fuel line. It's a breather/PCV line. Your PCV valve might be bad and letting crank pressure blow oil into the intake.

So what's my next course of action then? Take it to the shop?

Yee yee boi
Unless you want to find a replacement hose and put it on yourself, probably not too hard. Is the check engine light on?

Not last I checked.
Those hoses themselves never fit really tight. I'd just want to make sure the PCV system is breathing properly.
If you know how cars work on a "change your own oil and brake pads" level you should be able to figure it out with a manual.

How would I go about finding the part number beyond going to a parts stores and asking? I think I'll do that.

just go to the auto zone website, enter your car's info and search for PCV valve and assembly.
It should show you a picture of what they have available, and just match it to the stuff under your hood.
