Add rope and jumper cables to that too, and a zippo lighter+a few matchbooks just in case.
I also keep a first aid kit, a block of those square rations, at least 2 gallons of water, one of those easy burn logs from walmart for 88 cents, emergency blanket and a poncho foldable saw, fishing line, spare fuses, bulbs and batteries, and my harmonica for killing time if/when I suffer catostrophic failure and im sitting for a while. Plus a knife and rifle if I can, pistol if I cant.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head, I'm sure I've got something else useful in my trunk that I'm blanking on at the moment. You should at bare minimum be able to change a tire, your battery, and a lightbulb, and top off your radiator to limp it home or somewhere with more water/coolant.

For heavy use, yes.

However for light use a bottle of water, a zippo and matchbox, a basic blanket (not an emergency one; you can actually get more use from a regular one), and the harmonica.

But bare minimum is a first aid kit, the shit that comes with the car (jack, wrench, spare tire), jumper cables, bottle of water, and a pistol (preferable at least two magazines and a 50 rnd box of ammo.)
Also, a hatchet has more uses than a knife.

Please remember folks, when choosing a car gun, keep it cheap, keep in practice, and keep it hidden as fuck. No, tucking your regular CC in the glovebox does NOT constitute a car gun.
