I hate how people refer to panel gaps and how things feel as "quality".
To me, as I understand the English language, it means quality of materials to make things last a long time without breaking.

Me personally, I like to park really really close to the kerb. I've always done it this way. I just like to. People say they don't understand how I don't scratch my rims. I don't say I'm the worlds best parker because of this.

You just want your interior to be as aesthetic as possible. Understandable
>>

Not the other guy, but the dictionary says your wrong, hoss.

noun: quality

1. An essential and distinguishing attribute of something or someone

2. A degree or grade of excellence or worth

....

Adjective: quality

1. Of superior grade

2. Of high social status

Sure, I have no idea what a Bentley is like compared to a Bugatti though.

I do know from, at a minimum, picture evidence presented in this very thread, that Cadillacs look like cheap imitations. Maybe that's the point, ya know, the every man's luxury car.

Still looks like cheap shit, though.

What is it with upscale car brands having smaller armrests in that era? Get a Roadmaster and you get a pretty sizable center rest, upgrade to the Cadillac and you get one timy center armrest. Ford did the same thing with the Panther bodies- get a Crown Vic or Grand Marquis with the split bench seat and each side has its own armrest that flips down, get a Town Car with the 40/20/40 seat and instead you get a single middle armrest BUT IT HAS CUP HOLDERS BECAUSE LUXURY.

Not anymore. Cadillac has sold a shitload of FWD cars XT5. The formula of this works so well for Cadillac. XT7 will use the Buick Enclave FWD platform. XT4 will use the Chevrolet Equinox FWD platform.

Cadillac is on the right track.
>>
>>17750472
Nothing in particular. Its a meme really. You arent going to be throwing a large barge around a corner at a speed that the drivetrain will matter all that much. FWD offers greater interior space which is a key feature in luxury cars. I suppose its mostly because land barges usually have larger engines, and its not always practical to stick a v8 or v6tt in a car in a transverse configuration.
I could be wrong about all of this, obviously
>>
>>17750530
Easy access to the engine is about the only positive attribute of RWD I can think of when it comes to luxury barges. Any other benefits would not be applicable if the driver is following traffic laws as they should.
