Bicycle lanes on both sides. Cars must stay in the center and are only allowed to enter the bicycle lanes for opposing traffic. In reality people will simply stay on their side and move into the middle to overtake bicycles instead.

Most dutch country roads have seperate bikelanes next to them, only ones that are rarely used are build like in the picture.
