So if you run a 26" tall rear tire your engine will turn about 2400rpm @ 65mph with the 4.10s. The engine will spin about 2200rpm @ 65mph with the 3.73s. Personally I'd go with the 4.10s, cuz 2400rpm is a good cruising rpm on the highway with a 350, the transmission will never have to downshift on the highway, it'll always be right near the peak torque range. Plus you get lots of extra torque for taking off from a stop, and burnouts!
