Nope. It's a Chrysler Sebring.
Guy inherited it from his grandfather, and after a 7 car pile up in LA that ruined the front and rear end (not one of the 7 people involved had insurance), he decided to mad max it instead of paying for replacement bumper covers.
He said the hardest part wasn't making the bumpers, but was actually stripping the paint.
