Coolant would have a green or orange color, unless someone filled it with water. Even then it would be a little dirty and might have a rusty color.

This is almost definitely condensation off of your AC evaporator coil. Totally normal.

An easy way to figure it out; let your car idle with the AC on a very hot day. See if anything is dropping. If its ice cold then its just condensation and supposed to be like that. If warm then you might have a coolant leak - but it would be weird to have only water as coolant, and even more so for that water to be clean and clear
