What other great brands did GM kill?
Saturn, Oldsmobile, Pontiac...
I hear Holden is about to be gutted out.

They'll probably end up being Vauxhall: part 2.
>>17714450
Actually scratch that, Opel/Vauxhall are French now so I guess Holden is just gonna be Chevy with Holden badges.
>>17714426
Saturn was shit anyway.
But fuck GM for pulling the plug on Pontiac when they should of just done it to Buick or GMC.
>>17714473
Million times this
>>17714473
Fuck GM for only bringing over the boring Opels under Saturn.
Imagine an Astra or Aura Redline.
>>17714473
It sucks, but Buick is a cash machine abroad, and GMC makes them plenty, too. Even if they cut GMC many sales would translate to Chevy, and they'd lose customers to Ford.
I wish they could have at least kept the spirit of Pontiac. Maybe making the top trims of chevies Pontiac's? Call the ZL1 the firebird or something? I don't know, I just want Pontiac back..
>>17714536
I see, still it would make sense to kill them both off though. Buick and GMC feel like redundant brands at this point being nothing but fancy rebadged Chevrolets and all. But like you said, their shit sells so no point in killing off something if it makes your company money.
>>17714412
Buick, Cadillac, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile for starters.
>>17714613
Why not kill Buick for domestic and let it stay as a foreign brand?
>>17714473
Get fucked. S cars were some of the best things GM ever made
I mean, that's not exactly saying much, but still
>>17714473
>saturn
>shit
When you get in a fenderbender your fenders bend back
All of them were fucking shit and they were copy/pastes of the same 3 fucking cars
>muh swedish fighter jets
>muh camaro with a body kit
>muh oldsmobile
>muh FWD transverse v8 sedans
kill yourselves
>>17715401
>Knowing this little about cars
>>17714412
They killed Isuzu's passenger car division.

I stand they should have bought Chevrolet to Australia as a separate brand, let Holden sell Commodores, but have less dealers to lower costs
then Chevrolet could seel all it's global cars under Chevrolet
