Shocks can be swapped back to stocks for a floppy ride. I'm not sure what "high quality" upgrades are even available for integras nowadays that won't ride like a ricer racecar wannabe.

trade it in

Get cheap coils or stock struts with nice springs. Get a nice exhaust. Do the jdm front end conversion. Big spoiler then sell the car for double.

Changing tires sometimes helps, and changing the suspension seems pretty obvious.
