Hi /o/,
Any thoughts about Nissan CVT Transmission?
I bought a used Nissan Sentra 2014 that has this transmission. The car is spotless, but when I reach 80-100Km/h I can hear some noise under the hood.
Should I re-sell it?

It's like the sound of the band movement, it starts at slow rates, but when I accelerate it becomes more frequent till the point it became constant noise. Kinda hard to describe.
The car have 63,000Kms on it.

Was it cpo or inspected before you got it? Mine is silent at highway speeds, only tire noise
The cvt fluid is supposed to be lifetime fluid, but you should inspect it anyway

No cpo, I bought it directly from the owner and I tested it (not at that speed tho) it has all the required agency maintenance to date.
It is not a loud sound, but I'm kind of worried about all the bad reviews I see online about this nissan cvt transmission.

Try to test drive another car and see if it makes the same sound. Could be nothing or could be the previous owner abused the car
Also check on nissan forums for anything similar
