Unreal.
I never understood this boomer hate, specially hating boomer cars.

Correct.

This is a good meme, I know what I got.

Boomers are very difficult often times, although sometimes they can be very based.

DELETE THIS

There is literally nothing wrong with a three speed automatic
>>17681394
>a corvette that maintains its oil pressure and isnt overheating
>>17681394
>inst. fuel economy
yes when my cylinders are running off of no fuel i would expect this estimation from the car's computer going at speed
>>17681334
Honestly same here. I've only seen two young guys drive these things and the rest of them are all over 70 years old. I thought the /o/ memes would be accurate
Proud to own a boomer car.

That's because Miata Is Always the Awnser.

That is not the problem, the problem is the ownership of those caliper covers, install fixed calipers you cretin.
>>17681800
>install fixed calipers you cretin
In do time. Engine mods are first. Priorities my fellow boomer.
>boomers like america's best overall car, the vette
it's hard to blame them, as someone that loves barges and FCA shit. I get why old farts want something that gives you american "luxuries" (smoothish ride, cupholders for your big gulp, etc), while also being fast as hell
We boomer now
>>17681844
Lol my vette has half a cup holder
>>17681257
Boomer cars are best cars
>>17681303
Why did you post that ugly piece of shit?
>>17681358
They are very deserving most of the time, but a lot of it stems from weebs wondering why first gen Mustangs aren't as cheap as 90s Civics.
Cruiserfag here, proud owner of a boomermobile.
>you boys haven't seen any niggers, have you?
>>17681285
Holy fuck
160kmh at 2,000 4rpm.
In my STI I'm at 3600 at 140.

Pretty sure thats an ashtray
>>17681334
and gay hairdressers. dont forget the gay hairdressers
>>17682019
Get on my level. I'm doing about 4000 rpm just maintaining 120 km/h in my Prelude. Fuck sakes Honda, I just want to cruise.
LS swaps are boomer
>>17681315
that clearly says INST. as in instantaneous consumption. It will average much higher than that during normal driving
>>17684208
Why not just get a C5 at that point? They look very similar, and the 'Vette is much cheaper.

>mfw 7500 rpm for 70km/h
>>17684228
The torque bit is understandable, but I still don't get the v8 part. The RX-7 was designed around the engine, it seems like it would screw with the weight distribution if the Rotary was swapped with something heavy.
>>17681257
You will only see boomers in these no one else drives them
>>17684219
I fucking love you dude. You are my personal hero.
>>17684240
LS1 and the Dorito weight almost the same, my dude.
>>17684273
The 13B weighs 245lbs, pretty much half of the LS3's 454
>>17684273
>>17684240
>http://www.norotors.com/index.php?topic=13647.0
A Twin Turbo Dorito engine on a RX-7 would weight more than a LS1 swap. So this argument about ''muh weight distribution'' needs to stop. The LS1 is only 115lbs heavier than the stock Dorito.
>>17684286
Is that comparing a Twin Turbo LS1 to a twin turbo 13B, or is the LS N/A?
>>17684266
well now didnt think id see dark souls here
>>17684298
Both are stock, as far as I know. They are saying that putting a Twin turbo on the Dorito would actually weight more than the LS1.
>>17681505
That cobalt steering wheel
lmao
>>17684306
Ok, I see.
That seems like an unfair comparison, if we put turbos on the rotary, it's only fair that we also put turbos on the LS3 for comparison purposes.
When did it switch to an LS1, anyways?
>>17684219
Laugh all you want but you wasted alot of money and resale value tanked
Not really cars but all the boomers around here ride Hurlys and Can Am trikes. Older people drive Buicks.
>>17684370
>resale value tanked
Why would anyone sell an LS swapped RX-7? Lmao
>>17684370
Who gives a rats ass about resale value.
If you own a car and think only how much it's gonna be worth when you're done within, you're doing something wrong.
>>17684364
>When did it switch to an LS1, anyways?
No idea, he doesn't specific beyond ''awhile ago''.
>not owning a Boomer delight
Thankfully I also own a millennial subcompact
>>17684370
yeah but you fixed the main problem with the RX-7, the shit ass oil burning dorito
>>17684414
This. The level of Dorito worship on this board is alarming.
>>17684231
What kind of piece of shit lets the car get this bad?
>>17684431
Not anywhere near as bad as LS and general boomer worship.
For a boomer "hate" thread, there seems to be a lot of buts.
>>17684370
Resale value is for losers.
My crx will probably sell for less than half of what I spent building it.
Still beats doing basic shit like just changing the wheels and calling it a build...
