just replaced my front pads and rotors
no crazy wear but one side was really loose
cold move caliper by hand easily
and its retaining spring was bent

I just did the same, Rotors and pads. And those were the conditions of my front pads.

Rear wasn't bad though, but I changed them anyways. Just got back from the break in and they seem pretty good so far.

My hawk pads only had 3000 miles on them before needing to be replaced; the fucking brake pins were making all sorts of racket.

same, i just refurb'd them with new hardware,
pads had like 60% left, rear rotors looked really good
front rotors looked bad tho, way too thin worse than yours
didn't have money for quality rotors when did the brakes first time so i settled for resurfacing
pads were okay but also just centrics, had about the same amount of wear as the rears
got a sweet deal on some textar pads and rotors and going on a long trip soon so it was time to upgrade

My set was actually pretty cheap. Pretty decent recommendations on them. Was only 291, and they just went up to 307.
