I went to a car meet today, I know a lot of the cars there, but I found a couple like this I wasn't sure on the model

Stancing is definitely a thing here. Fortunately it seems to be mainly limited to Golfs and Civics for now though

That's a 200sx S14, the European variant of the S14 Silvia (Japan) or the S14 240sx (North America). All that means is that it got the better SR20 DET engine (as opposed to the KA24) but uglier Euro-spec bumpers.
