I bought a pair of those ramps from Autozone while they were on sale.

Waste of money though, all of my cars are too low and just get caught on the bumper.

Use planks of wood to modify the angle up to the top of the ramps, you can remove them once your car rests on top. Just remember to put them back down when you back off, or something's getting pulled off.
