This one is actually 1000$, but finding one that costs less isn't really hard, here's one that costs 600$, the owner claims that it only made 10 000 km although I doubt it, but the car is so cheap that it doesn't really make a difference

I used to own one of these, the odometer could only reach 99 999 km, so I sold it saying that it had 130 000km, when it probably had 3 times as much

It can cool in the same way that a Beetle or Mini can be cool. Don't act like it's your baby, and just treat it like an enjoyable classic, and it'll be fine. Remember, it's just an old people's car.
Bonus points if you engine swap if though. Honda Minis and Subarua Beetles are neat as fuck, and being RWD the 600 has a lot of swapping potential.
