You can prevent outright vehicle theft, but you can't prevent attempted theft.

The best way is multiple kill switches and a loud alarm. Even then though, if your vehicle gets broken into, the first thing you do is move the kill switches. The next time they attempt to break in, they'll go for where they didn't look. And if you have a nice enough vehicle/wheels, they will come back.

Realistically, park it in a locked, alarmed garage and don't take it anywhere.

That viewpoint has not been used for a long time. For example, the vast and well-respected state university system in California sets different standards for people to encourage diversity. US News & World Report published an article showing the hard cutoff point for SAT scores for black californian citizens was 800 points total (entire SAT score, not just one section) whereas for asian californian citizens it was 1200 points.

Blacks have long said they have disadvantages in competing for entrance slots. It's unfair to them that white parents help their kids with homework or even hire tutors to help their children. Another reason why blacks should be given free tuition is that white parents save up money and pay for their kids to go to school. Poor black parents cannot do that for their children and that is racially unfair as shown in college statistics.

These are all issues that create unequal educational burdens against the black race. Thus they must be fixed as part of equality of opportunity.

Be aware of future crimes about to happen when people who don't live in your neighborhood walk or ride by or park on the street looking around.

One way the dindu scout out places to steal is to ride bicycles on the sidewalk. As they pass by fences they peer over into backyards to see if there is stuff there that can be taken. Being on the sidewalk on a taller bike lets them see over the max-height 6 foot fences if they stand on the pedals. That's how dindu see what normally cannot be seen.

Any method you use should be able to withstand other people seeing you use it and then gossiping about it. The kill switch I had in my car was professionally put in by my local car audio shop when I had extra alarms put in to cover for glass breakage. There are 3 momentary switches. One of them needs to be pushed twice and then I have 30 seconds to try to start the car. Pushing the other 2 buttons means failure for 30 seconds. In case of electronics failure, the fusebox under the hood had 2 unused positions brought into use. Pull the fuse for the electronics and move it to the dummy fuse spot to bridge around it. The dummy fuse was drilled out so that it is an open circuit.

Best ways are steering wheel clubs, hidden ignition kill switch, shifter locks, wheel lockers, gas cap lock, etc. It helps if you can install aftermarket security systems, alarms if your car is old and doesn't have one. You could even rig up a acc-on security camera. There's really only so much you can do, but the more you do, the harder it will be to steal.
