That guy is so intense. Is this a standup or a journal? If the former it's not very funny, if the latter it's pretty sad.

Funny enough, metal buildings arent all that expensive. Close friend of mine has one.
120x80.
Insulated
Cost around 50k.
Built living quarters for him and wife
3 large garage doors
Tons of open space
Its really nice. Id personally buy one myself if i had the funds.
>>17627789
THis is so much similar to what I have in my mind.
>>17628591
I always toy with this idea. Just get a mid sized hanger, use half to have rooms, kitchen, etc and the rest is just an awesome garage you can fit a lift in. It would be cheap and ideal in my shitty state. More money for cars and toys. I just worry on how strong and insulating they actually are

>>17628591
How much did putting the concrete down cost though? I have a feeling that would've been the most expensive part.
Not exactly a dream garage, but when I saw this for sale by me I though of /o/
Might be room for 8 cars

A lot of these are built in flood plains. Water comes up, you write off the cars but save the furniture.

i dont mean to sound like some autistic nerd, but in fallout 4, there was this sick vault where they had an underground garage storage area and my dick got hard at the thought of it.
