the cells are more or less lap top types
30 minutes will get lithium iron cell up to 80% charge
what they don't tell you is that each time it drops below 80% you lose a charge cycle
and that its another 3 hours to get the last 20%

3.7 is normal
4.2 is overflow - use that juice or the battery will fry
