I want to change gears going backwards basically, I drive pictured. Basically I've always wanted to race backward, how how would I go about doing that? Do I take out the transmission and put it in backward? Thanks /o/!

Fun fact. The crown Vic has no speed limited in reverse. It's slightly taller than 1st gear so it's good to around 55mph.
