I hate to post questions like this here, but I've tried all of the brand/model specific forums and even other car boards but they all recccomend doing the hydraulic cylinders (already did)
So I've got this rough pedal feel, it's like a grinding/rubbing metal on metal type feel, almost like there's sand in the hydraulic lines but there's not!!
Changed everything external basically, so has anyone had something like this happen? Could it be the pressure plate inside the clutch?

Throw out bearing going out?
Well would I need to do the whole clutch for that right? I mean not *need* to but it wouldn't make sense to go in there and not right?

Yeah if it is that, you'll need to pull the transmission, and if your in there you might as well replace it all if you have the money.
throw out bearing, or pilot bearing.

Tfw my miata is doing the same thing and I'm going to need a new bearing.
At least ill get that clutch upgrade I've been needing
Probably your TOB. Might as well replace the clutch and pressure plate while you've got the transmission pulled.
