Just hand wash, it doesn't take long. Regular car soap works fine on fairings, frame, engine, all parts.
Wash the body first and then use a separate cloth soaked kerosene to scrub the wheels and chain areas with grime then hose off kerosene and wash same areas with soapy water with the same cloth. Do not contaminate the cloth used for paint with dirty water used to clean wheels etc.

I don't like the high pressure washer on anything painted but it probably doesn't hurt too much. carefully for stickers

Honestly, I did not expect this. People call it "The Beast" like it's gonna kill you if you look at it funny, but it was easy to cruise in traffic and the throttle was smooth as butter.

Sure, if you gun it the front wheel will come up just from sheer power (I never popped a wheelie before desu) but even that is not scary. The whole bike just gives you so much confidence.

Your post is like asking what bike is best for riding on canyon roads like they're racetracks but saying "no sportbikes". I think an argument can be made for low displacement engines, anon. Specially stuff like the 90s 250rr's (mc22) inline 4, or even the Virago's V2, both of which are 250cc engines.
