they're really not. I have a 2.0L I4 ecoboost. yes it has enough power, but the Turbo kicks in all the time dropping fuel efficiency in the fucking crapper unless you baby the pedal and keep to 65mph.

the best I can do is about 27mpg highway when the car (2015 Fusion Titanium AWD) is rated for fucking 32. the ecoboost engines also take forever to break in, I was averaging 16-17MPG city when I got the thing.
