Do europeans know about Lincoln and Cadillac?

Why?

In NA modern Cadillacs are pretty widely regarded as more driver-focused than zee Germans, with tighter handling, more feel, and much more availability of traditional manuals. The quality is no worse than the competition, and at least here (not in Europe?) they're often better value (depends on the model).

Is it that distribution or prices are way off in Europe, or is there some stigma about 'American' cars (if so you wouldn't expect the Mustang to be such a hit, since nothing else screams 'Murica as loudly).

For Lincoln, they're basically better looking Lexusus these days. I assume Lexus does well in Europe?

Cadillac is just a GM with power seats marketed to people too dumb to know better: people over 80 and pavement apes.
