Going to look at this tomorrow /o/
Probably gonna go for it, I have always had my heart set on one.
Anyone got any input? Ever had one? Things to look for?
Am I doing good?
My daily is a 17 WRX, but it just doesn't have dem 90's car feels I crave so much

>mint celica all-trac for under $5000
I'd hop right on that shit if I found one near me, and especially with that price. best of luck, friend

Go for it son. The 3sgte is gr8 but you might want to avoid hard launches as some of those drivetrain parts are rare/expensive
>>17561387
That's a once in a lifetime find man. Snatch it before someone else does.

Fuck yeah boys I'm hyped, taking the ferry over from the island to grab it tomorrow.
I'm gonna treat it nice and not drive it like a goon.
I'm thinking just wheels and coilovers leave her pretty much stock, maybe an exhaust and boost controller, and some of those silly /o/ stickers
will post pics once shes in hand
Had a ST165 that was 185 swapped that I only paid $1900 for
Factory ECU cuts at 12psi, so boost controller wont do a whole hell of a lot unless you get it tuned or swap to a Gen 3/4 Ecu

Thanks anon good to know
ST165 are aesthetic af
holy shit i am extremely jealous, these are super rare in australia and cost way more than 5 k. Good find.

>90's car feels
Creaky, leaky, deathtrap feels?

Just get a fuel cut defensor and pump boost to 15-16psi (17 is a bit far)
Please put castrol decals and fog lights on it.

deathtrap feels = gud car
>>17561387
Very cool. I say go for it. Also sometime this summer /o/ should definitely have a Vancouver meet.
>>17561387
holy shit why is it so cheap? that would cost 10k or more here. go for it OP.
>>17562901
Its a rhd thats probably been here since 2008-2009. Also has 120k miles, when most are imported at around 60. People who buy rhd cars here usually drive them pretty hard, so thats a lot of time to be beat on.
>>17562931
He said it wasn't a daily and he has only put a few 1000 km on it since import, which is almost not a good thing in a way
>>17563048
Yeah I 100% doubt he can prove that. Im not saying its a bad price, just fair for what it is.

>" In about 6 months, it'll be eligible for export to US means $$$"
then why doesnt he wait 6 months and export it? Happy for you tho OP, any car with popups is a winner for me.
