Yeah, who am I kidding. Board of Director members live for these mergers where they collect huge options as well as cashouts. It's why some purchases or mergers don't make sense before, during, and after the sale.

It's not Ford that decides to do this. It is the Board of Directors that decides yes or no. So it is a handful of people that can order the rest of Ford Company to accept Lucid as well as purchasing its debt, pension plans, and super bonuses for its employees probably granted prior to the sale. UGH
