Contact form should go straight to his personal email really. You also don't want to post an email in plaintext on any sort of store for several reasons. For one there's the crawling spammers, and then there's people using really obscure/outdated providers like fucking AOL or Yahoo that can't deliver mail for fucking shit, so having the mail coming through a contact form, from a single address really improves the chances of delivery.

I state in the FAQ on my site that it can take up to a month for processing. Its already assumed that any die cuts are made to order, but I state that as well. If you have 30 different colors of vinyl and allow mix and match, there's no way to keep that kind of stock unless you own a warehouse especially with the amount of items each of our shops have. It makes me feel shitty taking so long, but I work 40+ hours a week at a factory doing manual labor and do the sticker thing every day before bed. I work my ass off and I'm still slow. yeah printful handles all the back end so i don't have any of the shirts pass through my hands, they just go from the printer to the customer made to order, that's why i price them at basically cost to print + shipping... Dye sub/all over will always have the white spots on the armpits and backs of the shoulder seams and it usually causes a shift either up or down in the prints placement, yours came out well in that regard though.
