Hi I have a 1993 Oldsmobile cutlass supreme 3.4 and I'm wondering how much it would cost to make the engine be able to handle power without breaking pic related

3.4 is not so much a good motor. Be better off saving your pennies and getting a 3.8 either NA or boosted.
That being said, I will answer as best as I can. It will hold up ok. They last forever it seems, but that's stock. I don't know of any aftermarket goodies for these, so I don't know if it would be worth it. He trans would be the biggest power issue.

I figured it was bait, but I was going to post similar to this.
These aren't really cars worth building up any at all.
I don't think anyone makes headers for the transverse mounted ones.
I'd say you're better off getting like a Monte Carlo SS, or a Grand Prix GT if you want that same style with more umph.

These motors are junk. I had a 94 GTP?
You can't make more power with them period. Best thing you can do is advance the timing a bit, but It will run like shit and open you up to destroying your valve train.
These motors are comically bad. A total hack job by GM to force themselves into the dohc meme to compete against ford's sho motor. They should had just kept developing the 3.1L turbo V6 from the Tirbo grand prixs (I had one of those also).
