Is there any reason to buy a new car over a certified pre-owned?
Zero farts

Is that important?

fart-free is a meme. factory workers, truck drivers, car salesmen, lot porters, mechanics, test pilots and more all take perverse delight in farting in brand new cars.

UAW here. Can confirm what this guy is saying. Not all vehicles obviously, but just because it's new doesn't mean that one of us -- or anybody in physical possession of the vehicle before you take the keys -- has not farted on to your seats.

>certified pre-owned?
this doesn't mean anything anymore

Depends on the manufacturer. The Honda dealerships where I live take this shit seriously, and they only sell vehicles in optimal condition. Otherwise, those vehicles would be sold directly by the owners or at non-manufacturer dealerships.

Lower chance of there being something wrong with the car. Easier price negotiations since you know the car is exactly same anywhere you go and you don't have to travel everywhere to inspect the cars you're considering. It'll last longer since it's been used less. Sometimes newer is cheaper than certified pre-owned if you can get enough rebates behind it.

Wrong. Like 20% of brand new cars have a serious problem that's what warranties are for

At a dealership yes because they have parts fir cheap as fuck. A mom n pop pro of the sub 7k certification doesn't mean shit.

If you think about it, every particle of air has been through someone or something's butt at some point in history, and every surface has been pooed on. It's like how pollen is plant cum. Every minute of your life you're eating cum and shit!

The term "certified pre-owned" sounds so retarded
Hurr durr is it pre-owned or not? Well odometer isn't at 0 so I guess that means it's certified pre-owned
