How many miles is too much for a 4cyl ranger? Found a 95 with 120k something miles for $2.5k

Mileage is kind of irrelevant when dealing with older cars
>>17456691
2003+ is way better.

That's barely driven. My Ranger has 250K miles.

Is a 22 year old ranger even worth fucking with or should i go full retard and look for a toyota

How mechanically inclined are you? It could be a good learning experience for you if you aren't, however if you don't want to deal with problems and want something solid I would probably steer toward something newer
>2.3L Lima
Nope
Find one with a 3.0 Vulcan.

If it's 2wd offer 1500 they aren't worth more than that.
Mileage is linda irrelevant on the Lima 2.3 had one tick up to 280k before needing real maintenance.

>3.0 Vulcan
I don't think he wants something that drinks v8 amounts of gas but puts out marginally better power.

Lol no, don't do that OP. I have a ranger and it's a good truck, but I have the 4.0 ohv so I can't speak for the 4 cylinders. Just be aware that the lima 4 bangers will be extremely slow. The later mazda 4 cylinders are better in that way.

>27 mpg's in a 4,000 pound 4x4 is a bad thing....
