Ok. If it were me I'd call a Mopar cam shop and have them custom spec me one. They'll get it closer then any off-the-shelf grind anyone here including me will recommend, and be able to guide you in terms right direction for springs and other bits since you may need them too for lifts larger then stock. I'd tell them what I had and say that I'd like a cam for it that will play well with a procharger. Go ahead and get your exhaust done. You'll want a tune after its (cam) installed for maximum gains.

the lift and duration of the 6.4 is already very high. you won't make great gains unless you have heads and intake to back it up. people put 274 cams on often but i think the stall and shake way to much for a company daily driver like a challenger. do full exhaust and intake, the honestly you'd be better with a tvs style or something down the line. you'll make much more power and sound better too.

Hemi engines are shit for compression. What ever cam would work well with a supercharger.
