Haven't been to a track day yet since they're all 4+ hours away. Only time I have is a 15.5 in my stock E46 at my local drag strip.

I've only been to Cayuga and mosport DDT. Were all friendly lapping events, nothing is was timed.

Also since we don't all happen to live in cali or germany, we cant go on famous race tracks like laguna seca or the nordschleife

I'm putting in a pretty consistent 2:27 @ VIR - Full Course.
I really think i could get that down to under 2:20 if I just had some balls to properly drive 3-4 corners I keep struggling with.

because ive only ever taken my car to the dragstrip which doesnt count as a track. thing weighs 3600 lbs and is on all-seasons so it seems kind of pointless to try to actually race it.
