avoid first generation and even the second generation, they have great interior but the steel quality they used was shit

if you're in a place that gets salted, it doesn't really matter though since no car escapes rust, rust proofing doesn't reach everywhere salty slush will

I had a mazda 3. thing was hella reliable, never had to worry about it not starting. Actually a pretty fun car. only reason i dont have it still is because i got rear ended by a transport at a red light.
