I'd say some sort of carpet shampoo, possibly a specialty cloth seat shampoo.

Personally, I'd just buy new seats. That's what I did with my SW20. (then again, those seats in your pic look pretty cool, so maybe you should stick with them)

Bump, I have the same issue but I have heated seats, watvdo

buy the red cloth aw11 seats or the leather ones because the white ones just look bad in comparison even when clean

Do it once, do it right. Take it to a pro detailer who has a steam cleaner. Then just take care of it with off-the-shelf cleaners (and vacuum afterwards) every year or so.
