I just emailed NASA (my region) and volunteered, After 2 events(training) you get the choice to work for track credit or money.

LongBeachGP was my first Pro race, the rest are regional around the south-west, Trying to get into F1 this year at COTA

Pay depends on your org, 80-110$ a day. Pro races are always volunteered so you lose money doing those.

No major crashes and indy car ran into our barrier during its qualifying though so that was cool.
