How do you remove the limiter on high performance German cars? I see they're all capped at around 155.

Do you have to have a motorsport licence for it, or something like that?

Some manufacturers offer expensive driver's packages that set the limiter to 174 mph instead. Any capable tuner should be able to get rid of it though. Then again, when are you ever going faster than 155 mph? American cars might as well be limited at 90 mph.
