since (horse)power is just torque*rpm.... a high rpm limit.
(and if you want to go into specifics,, a torque curve that probably levels off at peak torque by regulating turbopressure/fuel.

It's an NA V10, so no turbo pressure to regulate.
Also explains why it has to rev so high to make power, it's "only" a 5.2l engine.
