Just bought one of these and have never owned a tarbo before.
I heard you should drive it hard or rev high until temp gets up.
What is considered revving high? is 3-4k revs considered high?

I keep my my vapemobile's FA20DIT under 3k until oil temp reaches 150-160F.

1. Give it 30 seconds or so after engine start before you actually drive away.
2. After pulling away, don't get on it until up to operating temp.
3. After getting to destination, give it 30 or so before you shut down engine.
4.???

pretty much the same process for operating any vehicle aside from 3

Also don't lug the engine by flooring the accelerator when in a higher gear. It's bad for the turbo and the engine and it'll make a nasty noise

What is considered "getting on it"

over 3500 rpms.
It will warm up faster if you do a "flat start", as soon as it cranks hold the accelerator to the floor, let it hit red line, repeat 2-3 times
