Possibly. Same thing happened to me in 08 in salt lake city. Dui for weed and then they found my rainy day jar (lots of different pills 30+). Took me in, said I'd have court and a bunch of bullshit within next 4 years. I haven't heard a peep out of them and it's mid 2017. Just keep your head down and don't do anything to remind them you exist.

Yeah most likely are your from uk though? usually they push drink/drug driving quicker to courts than most offences so its strange they havent spoken to me as im an idiot and had ridiculous amounts of drugs in my system.

They are always slow but you will get fucked eventually and you will lose your license for at least a year.

So yeah, it'll take them a few years, enough time for you to forget it happened and then they'll hit you with that court summons.
